Yes, they can.
The main fuel categories for standard burners are natural gas (NG), liquified petroleum gas (LPG), light diesel oil (LDO), and heavy fuel oil (HFO). Please note gas burners (NG and LPG) are listed together in the product categories.
But we have a large experience with unconventional fuels, including (but not limited to) biogas, associated petroleum gas (APG), solid fuels, kerosene, arctic diesel, gas condensate, biodiesel, exhaust oil, syngas (SNG), and so on.
Just inquiry our technical office, and we'll provide a tailored solution to your needs.
respect CIB Unigas recommendations about thermal load, and respect international standard and normatives about fuel composition, combustion chamber dimensions, and the like.
Yes, we design burners which can work with nearly any power supply. All the combinations of voltage and frequency commonly available in the world.
When asking for a price quotation, just tell us the destination country of your product, along with required voltage and frequency values.
If the burner is located in the territory of the Russian Federation, contact asap our service unit hotline (8 800 500 42 08). The help line works 24/7.
Our expert engineers can speaks English and Russian languages.
If the burner is located in any other country, please contact the nearest CIB unigas office to you (see contacts).
If you need a spare part to repair a damaged one, please visit our spare parts service page and follow directions provided there (spare parts). Registration is not required to download the spare parts list. Contact then the nearest CIB Unigas office to you and get a quotation. Please remember to provide the burner serial number.
We are unable to provide proper help without product serial number!
First of all, download the CIB Unigas burners Catalogue.
In the catalogue you will find:
- a panorama of our entire burner production
- a detailed explanation of the burner selection procedure, starting from basic principles
- a section aimed at technical-oriented people (installers and the like), with comprehensive engineering details about standard components, burner functions and subsystems, and variants for special applications.
When you are familiar with the basic selection procedure, go back to our website and get a deeper view with the help of technical documentation (manuals, electrical schemes, and so on).
Please continue to next FAQ for further instructions.
Very well, it's time to select the burner size, so go to product selection guide.
Here you can download burner tables and detailed instructions on how to use them.
Please note, you need a couple informations first:
- select the fuel (or fuels)
- input boiler power and efficiency to calculate required burner power *
- input combustion chamber backpressure /aerodynamic resistance.
* just remember: required burner power = boiler power / combustion chamber efficiency
If you already know the burner size, go to our product page, select the fuel, and navigate to the correct family of products. For example, if you are looking for an HR75A, select dual fuel (gas/diesel), and then product family Tecnopress. Remember, you can view all the different families in the site and in the catalogue as well.
Because you can access the technical documentation of the burners, of course!
If you are interested in the inner workings of our machines, after registration you will be able to download both manuals and schematics. That's all, we are not going to fill your mailbox with spam, trust us.
Well, you will find at first a large table, detailing the main technical specifications of the burners in the selected family. Specifications include maximum power, motor size, fuel flow, and so on.
You can apply filters to this table to reduce the size and make it easier to read.
Second point, you can hover with mouse on a product to see the working field and the gas curves of the burner. These are the same you can find in the catalogue, of course.
Third, at the bottom of the page there is another large table (Manuals) with documentation (this part is accessible only if you registered to the website as written above)
On the leftmost column (Models) there are the burners names, of course.
On the next columns there are links to download burner manuals and electrical schemes.
To download a document, just click on the flag with your preferred language.
You can apply filters to this table as well.
If you cannot find your manual, or if you get a download error, please notify us and we will correct the issue asap. Generally, all the links are updated every 24 hours, so you should find the latest available document version.
Be careful: if you already own a burner, we ask you to contact our service unit or the nearest CIB Unigas office to you (contacts).
The site provides information only on burners currently produced. Since we periodically make changes to the products, it is possible that documentation will not apply to older models.
Our servicemen will provide you the correct technical documentation according to your product version. If the burner is very old, we especially recommend to follow this procedure.
Please note that we collect in a single pdf file all the relevant instructions for the product. This include not only the burner, but the electronic control unit as well as any additional technical instructions when necessary.
When you download the manual in pdf format, just leaf through the pages until you get to the various parts. After the burner, here it comes the control unit!
